SAE Institute Singapore - Details, Contribution, Fees & Charges
- General Requirements
The Scholarship Program will provide scholarships over the next 12 months .
The part-scholarship value will be based on 50% of, and the full-scholarship value will be based on 100% of, the published tuition fees for a one year diploma.
The scholarship is offered for SAE Diploma courses commencing in 09 - 10.

1 year Degree Scholarships Entry Requirements
1 year Degree course for current Diploma students at SAE Institute Singapore.
Applicable for the October Degree Intake in 2008 and October Degree intake in 2009. 3 Scholarships are available in total. 1 for Audio students, 1 for Film students and 1 for Animation & Games students.
- 90% attendance requirement (including extra curricula events)
- Good academic results
- Participation of at least one of the local media competitions:
8 Minutes Youth Film Competition 2008
Cineodeon 2008
Audio 2008
Audio 2008
Animation – CG Overdrive Competition 2008
Games – World Cyber Games 2008
Supporting documentation must be submitted with the application;

Degree Duration
12 months full time
Assessment method and award
Selection of award recipients will be made by an appointed committee from the educational/industry/government representatives. All decisions of the committee will be final.
Selection criteria will include, but not be limited to, educational performance, past accomplishments, long range career goals, and extracurricular activities. Judging will be based upon the completed application information. It is the position of SAE Institute that the best student is a well-rounded student.
All applications will be handled with strict confidentiality. Once the application is received, it will be checked and verified for compliance, accuracy & supplementing documentation before it is even considered as a viable candidate. The committee judges will only receive applications that have satisfied this basic requirement.
SAE Institute reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this program at its discretion without prior notice. Such actions will not affect those awards currently in process.
Alumni Scholarships Program, Entry Requirements
- Good academic SAE Singapore Qualification (and proof of it)
- At least 1 year of work experience in the respective field of study and graduation from SAE Institute
- Participation in a local media competition or involvement of a media project of significant scale (such as production of a commercial record, feature film, animation, etc )

1 year course fees exempted for SAE Institute Singapore alumni for any 1 year course offered by SAE Institute Singapore.
Deadline: 1 October 2008.
